Yes. Every product comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and we maintain lot traceability for each batch. COAs are available on request.We also maintain batch traceability and food safety verification records to support compliance with applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.

Our Chinese grades (Signature Ceremonial, Premium Ceremonial and Latte) are produced by a USDA-certified organic manufacturer. Our Japanese grades are not certified organic. Certificates and COAs are available on request.
